Computerized Wheel Alignment

Wheel alignment and balancing are important for safety and maximum mileage from your tires. Wheel alignment consists of adjusting the angles of the wheels so that they are perpendicular to the ground and parallel to each other. The purpose of these adjustments is maximum tire life and a vehicle that tracks straight and true when driving along a straight and level road. The symptoms of a car that is out of alignment are:

  • Uneven or rapid tire wear
  • Pulling or drifting away from a straight line
  • Wandering on a straight level road
  • Spokes of the steering wheel off to one side while driving on a straight and level road.
  • Brakes

Brakes are an essential part of your vehicle. Good maintenance is key to making sure that your brakes do what they were designed to do - keep you safe by stopping your vehicle.

    Mile Suspension Work

The suspension in your car or truck is an intricately networked series of cooperating parts that are intended to provide an even, stable, and smooth ride. The suspension system in your vehicle takes a considerable amount of road abuse and many of the suspension system's components will wear out if and may even break as a result.

There are many symptoms of a faulty suspension system and being aware of common warning signs can save you from having expensive repair costs, not to mention keeping you and your passengers safe.

Some of these warning signs may include a vehicle's tendency to pull to one side when driving, wheels wiggling and wandering back and forth, bouncing/dipping AFTER going over a bump, steering wheel slipping, difficulty steering, wheel vibration, and screeching or screaming noises when steering at low speeds.

    Tire Rotation

Tire rotation helps even out tire wear by allowing each tire to serve in as many of the vehicle's wheel positions as possible, hopefully promoting even wear across the tire tread pattern. Remember, tire rotation can't correct wear problems due to worn mechanical parts or incorrect inflation pressures.

To obtain maximum tire wear, it may be necessary to rotate your tires. Standard recommendation is to rotate your tires every 6,000 to 8,000 miles (10,000 to 12,000 km). Monthly inspection for tire wear is recommended. Your tires should be rotated at the first sign of irregular wear, even if it occurs before 6,000 miles (10,000 km). This is true for all vehicles.

    Flat Repair

Our flat repair process includes the following:

    1. Dismount tire from the rim.

    2. Inspect tire inside and out to assess damage.

    3. If repairable, utilize a plug/patch combination applied from the inside of the tire. We do not use an exterior plug.

    4. Mount tire back onto the rim.

    5. Test tire repair for leakage.

    6. Rebalance tire and install on vehicle.
